A weekend that works

• Friday: check in at 4 PM, pizza-oven dinner on the deck, hot tub under the Milky Way.

• Sunday: slow morning, Downtown Joshua Tree for coffee and the shops, check out by 11 AM.

The rules, so there are no surprises

We want you to have the weekend, and we also want to keep our permit, so here is the plain version:

• 21 and over to book. The person booking is responsible for the group.
• 8 people, full stop. Day guests count. Occupancy is enforced by the City of Yucca Valley and by us, and exceeding it ends the stay without refund.
• No events. A celebration among the registered guests is a weekend; more people than beds is an event, and events need prior consent, a city permit, and event insurance.
• Quiet hours 10 PM to 7 AM,indoors with the windows shut included. Sound carries for miles out here, and the neighbors have the city's number.
• No glitter, no confetti, anywhere. Everything else decorative is fine.
• Driveway parking only, four cars. No street parking exists.
